Terms of service

1. Who we are

CRS ("we") is a service of TRAVELIA, registered at S#7, 1st Floor, Sky View K Box Tower, 76/1 Manik Nagar, Dhaka 1203, Bangladesh. These terms apply when a property ("you") signs up for and uses CRS.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the people you give access to your panel and for keeping your login safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Plans, trials and payment

Your plan fee is billed monthly or yearly in taka. After the free trial, the first invoice is due on the date shown in your panel. If an invoice stays unpaid, the panel becomes read-only and later may be suspended; your data is kept. Every new property starts with a 15-day free trial; fees already paid are not refunded, as set out in our Refund policy.

4. Your guests' payments

Online payments from your guests go to your own payment accounts. We are not a party to your contracts with your guests.

5. Support access

Our support team signs in to your panel only with a reason you can see, for a limited time, and you can end it at any time.

6. Your data

You own the data you put into CRS. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

7. Changes and ending

You can stop using CRS at any time. We will give notice before changing these terms or prices.

8. Law

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka decide any dispute.
