Refund policy

Try CRS free for 15 days

Every new property gets a 15-day free trial with all the features of its plan. No card or payment is needed to start. Use the trial to make sure CRS suits your business before you pay.

No refunds on plan fees

Because you can try everything first, plan and add-on fees are not refundable once paid. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, to add-ons and to partly used billing periods.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed after that. Nothing more is charged.

If we charge you by mistake

If you are charged twice or charged an amount that does not match your invoice, write to privacy@crs.bd and we will return the wrong amount to the method you paid with.

Your guests' bookings

This policy covers what properties pay us for CRS. Refunds of guest bookings follow the cancellation policy each property sets, and are paid from the property's own payment account.
